It's SO easy! You divide a 16 oz bag of toll house white chocolate morsels...one half goes into a microwave safe bowl. Melt in 30 second intervals and stir until liquid, upon which I add a few drops of food coloring. (I usually go with a pretty pastel pink but any spring color will do!) then I spread the first layer of chocolate on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper...throw in freezer til firm (about 20 mins). Then I melt the second 8 oz of white chocolate and add that layer on top of the colored layer. Finally, take your fave Easter candies like mini robin eggs, m&ms etc and simply press them into the white chocolate before it sets!
